How can I automatically display a warning message when I start recording?

I use the Source-Record plugin for recording, but sometimes the recording doesn't work properly. Therefore, I need a feature that automatically displays a custom warning message saying, 'Please check the recording folder to ensure the recording is proceeding correctly,' every time I start a recording. Is there a plugin related to this?
