Replay buffer is not recording full 30 seconds.

I have been having some issues where the replay buffer is not recording the full time I set it to. It will vary from 21 -29 seconds. Not sure how to fix it. I have tried messing with the CQP level, keyframe interval, and maximum memory but I haven't been able to get the replay buffer to record the intended amount. I haven't increased the maximum replay time because I'd rather try to just get a consistent 30 seconds instead of increasing it in hopes that it will reach the 30 seconds only to not reach it or have to cut it down later. Hoping I could get some suggestions to try. Log file included.

The replay buffer will use the recording encoder settings, so if that is set to some variable bitrate rate control such as CQP, also the time is variable until the buffer is full. So if you want 30 seconds and get 21-29, it seems the buffer is only 20/30 = 2/3 from what it should be. So increase the buffer size by 3/2 = 1.5 and try again. If it's still to small, increase it again. How long the buffer will last also depends on the footage, so it cannot be predicted accurately.

Hope you don't mind me asking a clarifying question. When you say to increase the buffer size, do you mean the Maximum replay time? Or maximum memory?
