I have no CQP Rate control, nor do I have the Nvenc encoder with a 3070 Graphics card please help

I Dont have the CQP in my recording tab, I was told its because Im not using Nvenc, But I dont even have that as an encoder apparently, could someone help me please?

In Settings > Advanced > Video switch Color format back to NV12
Set Settings > Output > Recording > Type to Standard. Don't use ffmpeg output. Even better ist just simple output mode, and while you're at it, as a baseline use Tools > Auto Configuration Wizard and optimize for recording.
