Hi, I have the following problem: When I start capturing a game on a stream, all other elements freeze or lag very much. I don't understand why this could have happened. Applications and the browser are in the exceptions, they work fine.

I go live, and my bitrate drops without even going up, and when it does go up, it isn't high enough. I've tried everything from rebooting my router to uninstalling and reinstalling OBS, but nothing is helping. I don't know what to do, or what the cause is. Please tell me what I can do.
