I am at the end of my rope with my OBS. I have had this new computer since September 2022 and I have had unending audio issues, to the point that I haven't streamed or recorded content SINCE I GOT IT. As stated in the title, the game audio fades in and out regardless of the settings I have, regardless of me talking or not, regardless of what game I'm trying to play. This is a brand new computer, there is almost NOTHING on it except OBS and a few plugins, chrome and discord, all that.
I am completely lost as to what is causing this issue. I did not have this issue on the laptop I was using before, and this is a Desktop. Someone PLEASE help me. I'll even get on discord with you so we can trouble shoot together. I just want to make content again. PLEASE HELP.
Webcam: Elgato facecam
Computer: Dell inspiron 3910 desktop
Headset: turtle beach 70x recon (also being used as a mic)
Capture card: Elgato HD60 S+
Console: Nintendo Switch
