OBS how to fix micro Stutter in Videos?

When I'm recording, my games runs fluid as usual but when I view the video, it's micro stuttering, but I don't know why?

I have a 2560x1440 / 144hz Monitor but I do record with 2560x1440 / 60 FPS because OBS itself only supports 120 FPS and YouTube 60 FPS.

So I don't know where the problem is.
