Question / Help video lag

I am using a Toshiba windows 8 laptop. I am recording with obs and using monitor capture. when I am in game I have little to no lag. but when I go back and watch my recorded videos I am having extreme lag issues. what can I do to stop this?

when I go to upload the file a gray loading type bar appears at the top right of my computer it loads for a few seconds then just dissapears and my file goes with it... what now?
