Bug Report OBS 0.7.3 registering wrong base resolution

The title states it all. I have my desktop primary monitor, Xbox 360 and Xbox One all hooked up to a single HDMI splitter that then connects to my HD PVR capture card that goes to my monitor.. So whenever I set it so my console is using my PC monitor my desktop video gets forced over to my television. My PC monitor is a 1080p monitor as my T.V. is only 768p. All devices are set to be 1080p except for my T.V. monitor however. So if I use the way I have things set up to stream my Xbox 360/Xbox One making it so my PC doesn't read my 1080p monitor and thus forcing it to my 768p TV OBS automatically changes my base resolution from the capture card to 768p and not what my console is at of 1080p. However if I switch it so my desktop uses my monitor and stream games from my PC it has the base resolution as 1080p. This means to stream my console games apparently OBS is trying to upscale to 1080p if I set it to use the actual resolution instead of a downscale.

You should be able to set your base resolution to whatever you want. You don't have to let it auto-set for you.

When I did that it would not let me change it until my PC was using my PC monitor. It will not let me put it higher than 768p. It's weird.
