Question / Help Q2N video quality

Hi all. Newbie here. I’ve had a Zoom Q2N for about 3 years and never used it as a webcam until today. I used my MacBook Pro OS 10.14.6 and Facebook, then again using OBS to connect to Facebook on the same Mac
.
Going direct to Facebook had very grainy video. Pixelated, too. Audio was fine. When I connected to FB by going thru OBS, the video was better, but still inferior to my iPhone 8.

Any ideas on improving the video quality?

@Henrod -- did you ever discover a solution for the Q2N webcam video being grainy?

It is supposed to be 720p, but so is my Logitech c525, and it looks sooooo much better.
