It seems to appear randomly, like once an hour for a minute and then it's fine again.
I can't hear it while playing, it's just on stream, so I guess it's some problem with OBS?
Also, my viewers noticed, that it doesn't affect my voice. Just the game sound and Spotify, the latter I separate for Twitch, so it's not in VODs
I tried reinstalling the audio drivers and checked that everything is set to 48khz.
Maybe unstable audio bitrate? I'm been streaming on 192 (track 1) and 160 (track 2) for years and never had a problem like that
