Python scripting with Monterey, OBS 28, and Python 3.10 via Homebrew?

Does Python scripting currently work with Monterey and Python 3.10 (via homebrew) on OBS 28.0.3? The logs just show:

I couldn't find any information on compatability in the docs (https://obsproject.com/docs/scripting.html)
