1. Your GPU is using the Microsoft Basic Render Driver, which is a pure software render. This will cause very high CPU load when used with OBS. Make sure to install proper drivers for your GPU. To use OBS in a virtual machine, you need to enable GPU passthrough.
2. To ensure that OBS Studio has the hardware resources it needs for realtime streaming and recording, we recommend disabling the "Game DVR Background Recording" feature via these instructions.
3. Having the YUV Color range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "YUV Color Range" back to "Limited".
4. One of the configured encoders is not recognized. This can result in failure to go live or to record. To fix this, go to Settings -> Output and change the 'Encoder' option.

If still having issues please indicate your GPU and post 1 log:

Still, the OBS can't open if it's not in Safe Mode windows :(

I think the problem is on the plugins. Someone from OBS Discord Server says I didn't uninstall the plugin correctly, that's why I can run the OBS in Safe Mode but not in Normal Mode.

Do you know how to correctly uninstalled the plugin? I already deleted the folder files in plugin folders, but nothing's changed.

If it's not obvious how to uninstall plugins, contact the developer.

If you don't want to do that, uninstall OBS from settings/control panel, delete the OBS folder in Program Files, restart and then install OBS.
