Question / Help Global Sources button

I am trying to setup a service know as "TNotifer". When I go through how to install it through OBS it says I need to click on the Global Sources Button which I can't find on the mac version. Is there such button?

There is no such button on the Mac version. All sources are global in the Multiplatform version, and you can select them from the list when you go to add a new source.
