I posted an image of my internet speed...
What settings should my OBS be set to?

Video Bitrate-
Audio Bitrate-

Retry Delay-
Maximum Retries-

Base Resolution-
Scaled Resolution-

Should I use Common, Integer or Fractional FPS Value?

Trying to stop the frames from dropping

Thanks :)

I tried but I'm guessing the interface is not the same as the estimator
I still dropped frames but like 30 mins into the cast.

If you have to ask, then always use the common/simple options, such as the common FPS values. The others are more advanced and not really meant for most users, which is why we separate those options out now (I should just mark them as 'advanced' or hide them unless an 'advanced' checkbox is used or something)

The problem is that those speed tests tend to be somewhat unreliable. The best way to reduce dropped frames is to lower the bitrate in small intervals (like 100-200) and then retry, then repeat until it stops happening. Eventually by doing that, you'll find the rate that is stable (at least usually, unless the connection is somewhat unreliable or poor).

We're going to eventually have the option to automatically set your bitrate, but it hasn't been implemented yet.

Audio bitrate is insignificant and should be ignored unless you have really *really* low bandwidth.
