Windows: unable to record audio while muted in one PC, while on the other it works

Dear all,

I have two computers: one with an Intel i5 10th gen processor and another one with an AMD Ryzen 7 series 5000.

On the Intel computer I can record the audio of the screen/video/meeting even if I mute the computer audio, while on the AMD one I have to leave the computer "speaking", otherwise no audio will be recorded.

What is this due to?

This issue i have for a long time i found a way no need to plug headphone
