Game Audio Loop When Recording (Any Help Appreciated)

While recording, my audio will all of sudden start looping a sound from the game and override any sounds from that point on. It's about a half second loop and no other game sounds will be heard until I stop the recording and unplug my Elgato and replug it in. I'll attach a clip on it happening on a recent recording as well as some details of my setup. It don't believe it's a hardware issue because when it works, it works fine. But this happens so randomly it's hard to catch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Happens with any sound at any time on any game.

Set Up:
Xbox Series X > Elgato HD60 > MacMini M2
MacMin M2 > Switcher > 3 Separate LG Monitors
Astro Headset is plugged into the Xbox through usb using dolby atmos. Speaker audio is stereo uncompressed.
Output is set to LG Speakers

My only thought is that maybe it's happening when I have the output on two different monitors at the same time? I honestly am at a loss.

Truth be told I switched over to streamlabs because I thought it was a Mac and OBS capability issue. When it started happening over there I immidiately switched back. OBS is way better especially if I'm gonna have to deal with the same issue. That means the issue is my setup. Thanks in advance.
