OBS wont start

Hi I keep getting a pop up that I have to run obs in safe mode or normal as two options when I go to open it. It happened after the whole Mac crashed. I have now installed the latest OS. At least finder has stopped crashing :(

So typical after I got obs working really well and all configured. I guess thats not saved either!
