Overlay video on application and output to zoom

I use OBS for video input control and camera selection on zoom which works great.

I have seen videos on YouTube where there is an application full screen and the video source is bottom right which looks great.

Can this be done with OBS with the virtual camera or do I need a streaming license to get this effect?

It's not clear from the OBS docs or YouTube how to do this.
