QuickSync H.265 and PCM Audio in Advanced Output Mode

I have a Skylake processor which supports QuickSync HEVC encoding. I never get to utilize the Integrated GPU of my laptop so I would like request for the OBS dev team to consider adding this option in the future.

I also would like to have the option to use PCM instead of AAC since I like to edit my captured videos. This together with QuickSync H.265 would give me the best performance and less space consumption while gaming.

Advance Output uses ffmpeg for encoding/output which does not ship with QSV support by default (probably some license reasons).

For uncompressed audio support, select matroska as container and select "flac" or "pcm_xxx". MP4 only supports flac here.

I'm only talking about the standard type in the recording tab, not the custom output type. It already has QuickSync H.264. I'm hoping there would be a QuickSync H.265 option in the future as well as the ability to choose PCM audio because you can't choose any other audio codec other than AAC.

I would like to be able to record with Quicksync and PCM audio. I just ordered a laptop for screen recording and it doesn't have an Nvidia GPU, only the Intel one, so Quicksync is my only choice. Are we still stuck with AAC audio?

Another solution would be to enable Quicksync in the FFMPEG recording options.
