What does this script does?
To put it simply, it tries to be the organizing function of NVIDIA Shadow Play.
Once you configure it you don't have to worry about anything else, because from now on your recordings as well as replays or screenshots will be sorted for you.

What has changed?
I freshened it up and made it working again.
Additionally I added a feature that lets you choose if you prefer the "game title + recording name" file name or without any changes.
Will there be any updates?
In the future I will be improving it...
In an attempt to move away from ShadowPlay and it's lack of customization, I thought I'd bring the useful functionality over to OBS.
This includes automatic replay buffer start/stop based on hooked captures within the active scene and the organisation of replays/recordings into folders named...
This is an improved and simplified version of pjw29's OBS Rec Rename Python script, that, similarly to NVidia ShadowPlay, allows OBS to rename and organize into folders video recordings based on the window title on focus whenever a replay buffer or a recording is saved, unlike from the previous...
Replay Buffer Folders moves replay buffer files to a folder upon creation. The folder is determined by the current fullscreen video game executable name on Windows systems.
To install, unzip the release and open OBS -> Tools -> Scripts and add "OBSReplayFolders.lua" to Loaded Scripts...

My uploadspeed is 50MBits and I'm streaming with 5Mbits LOL.
I tried all settings in OBS now and OBS even gives me high ping if I stream with 1Mbit.
On shadowplay I can even hit the 10Mbits and I'm still low...

Hey all, I've been using OBS for a while now, and I've saved up a few hundred GB's of replays on my HDD. Issue is, I have to sort them manually which is a huge pain in the butt considering applications like ShadowPlay do it automatically for you. I was wondering if there was any way of doing...
Is this a thing? You make a recording and shadowplay saves it in a folder with the games name. Is there a script i can buy or whatever to do this with OBS?
I have been unable to record any desktop audio... I was first using Shadowplay where i noticed that the game audio was sounding at about 10% even though the Volume Mixer shows that all audio is at the same place. I have read countless forums to try to find a solution and could not.
This is...
So, I am trying to record gameplay for YouTube. I want to use OBS, as Shadowplay not only has shitty audio quality, but it records in VFR. So, Shadowplay is out of the question. However, when I record in OBS, I ALWAYS get the "encoder overload" message, no matter what settings or encoder I use...
