Dropping frames when streaming over wired connection

Hello everyone. When I stream using my 2.5Gb network port wired connection to twitch it drops frames, around 68% dropped. Tried two different cables. But if I use my wireless connection on the same computer, it does not drop frames at all?

I am using a Cat8 cable from my computer 2.5Gb port to my router that has 4 2.5Gb ports.

I tested using the TwitchTest tool, and on the wired connection it only get 750Kb and 0 quality. Doing the same test using my wireless connect, I get 10000+ and 98 quality.

My internet speed is fine and no issues gaming or downloading on the wired connection.

I tested the cables on another system that only have a 1Gb network port and it streams without dropping frames.

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. One of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Microphone (C922 Pro Stream Webcam): 16000 Hz
LC27RG50 (NVIDIA High Definition Audio): 48000 Hz
4. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS but OBS can help. You are using Multitrack Video/Enhanced Broadcasting which is using 6160 (including audio) total of bandwidth. You don't have that much 60+% of the time.

I would stream at 6000 video, enable Dynamic Bitrate (Settings > Advanced > Network) and then monitor your log to see how low the bandwidth is going when it's not dropping frames. If you want to continue with Multitrack Video/Enhanced Broadcasting without dropped frames then you should set the max bandwidth to the lowest value from the dynamic bitrate streaming.

Thanks for the response. As I said this issue only happens when I use my hard wire network connection. I can unplug my wired network connection and then use my wire less connection using all the same setting in OBS and it does not drop frames at all.

I also tested changing all the setting and turning HAGS off along with turning "Game More" on and the issue is still happening.
