Hello. I have noticed dropped bitrate a lot recently and dropped frames after the new OBS update. And it has truly made me upset. My logs are down below. I do not know what else to say but ask me anything that will help. Because this is making me really upset and I do not know what's going on

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this, but you have Display and Game Capture in the same scene so you might be.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. NEVER put them in the same scene (scene 'streaming').

I only checked the first log and no reports of dropped frames. Only a recording session.

If still having issues, please post 1 log of the issue.
