Stream out as instagram size (1080x1920) but Preview / Program as 1920x1080

Hi,

Is it possible to Stream out as instagram size (1080x1920) but see the Preview / Program as 1920x1080.

We are shooting the show as 1920x1080 and asking the viewer on Instagram to turn there phones.
