Rx 6600 low recording quality

So my minecraft recording is low quality for some reason, i have an rx6600 and a ryzen 5. I posted the vid to yt and it says it's 1080p but looks like 480p. Can someone please help?? (My YouTube is YoCorrupt1 if anyone wants to see the videos)

By default, YouTube auto-scales depending on what it thinks about your internet connection. You can force it at the bottom right.

That only works for you, of course. Each viewer has their own setting, that always starts as Auto.
