Question / Help ingame lag while streaming world of warcraft

maybe i should not have said "lag" but my ingame ping goes from 25 to 130 when i start streaming. i'm good at games but not good with programs and puters so small words please.

so i changed the bitrate to 1500 and im not seeing lag now my ping is still 24 in game
going to mess with the res now and see how far i can get it.

so with 1500 bitrate the quality is very poor, is there a way to find a happy medium? decent quality/normal ingame ping? i have 7megs up and 50 down internet
