I ordered the option 1 some hours before see you message.
Option 1, i7-9850H, NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 6G ,
Regarding DDR5 description was T1000 card not ram.
Both have Ram DDR4.
From the benchmarks seems quite decent option performance/price ratio.
Just have to select the capture usb stick.
The other user replied here about brand like El Gato and "quality".
Im not sure about video but on audio digital interfaces with digital inputs just input 1 and 0.
No sure on capture from hdmi, but i suspect.is same thing and quality is defined by de codec and codec settings?
If so the only difference between a 100€ usb El.Gato and the amazon 18 usb 3.0 stick should be brand and maybe driver stability.
This is the last thing I have to decide and should like to know your experience/opinion aswell.
